FC 27 sniping and trading guide
Whether you snipe by hand or with a bot, the same rules decide whether you make coins. This guide explains them in plain words.
1. The 5% EA tax
EA keeps 5% of every sale. So the price you sell for is not what you get. A simple rule: what you get = sell price × 0.95. Buy at 9,000 and sell at 10,000: you receive 9,500, a profit of 500 coins.
2. Find the real lowest price
The first page of search results does not always show the cheapest offers. If a page is full, there may be more offers one price step lower. Search one step under the cheapest offer until nothing cheaper appears: that is the real lowest price. Nova does this automatically before it lists a card.
3. Choose your buy price
Work backwards from the price the card really sells for. Take the sell price, subtract 5% tax, then subtract the profit you want. That is your maximum buy price. Example: sells for 20,000 → you receive 19,000 → with 1,000 profit your buy price is 18,000.
4. Choose your sell price
If many sellers offer the card at the same lowest price, list one price step under them so your card sells first. If only a few sellers are there, listing at the same price is often enough. Never list under your own minimum just to sell faster.
5. Pick the right cards
- Cards that many people use (meta players, popular leagues) sell quickly.
- Very cheap cards make little profit after tax; very expensive cards tie up a lot of coins.
- Prices often change with new promos and on content days. Watch the market before you go big.
6. Mistakes that cost coins
- Forgetting the tax and selling at a loss.
- Searching too fast: EA can block the Transfer Market for a while.
- Putting all your coins in one player just before a promo.
Let Nova do the repeating work
Nova applies these rules for you: it searches calmly, buys only at or under your price, finds the real lowest price and shows the profit after tax. See the autobuyer, the bid sniper or try the demo. Nova is not linked to EA; EA does not allow automation tools and can limit or ban accounts that use them.
Questions
How is the EA tax calculated in FC 27?
EA keeps 5% of the sell price. You receive 95% of what the card sells for.
What is a good profit per trade?
It depends on the card price. After tax, even a few hundred coins per trade adds up when you trade often. Results are never guaranteed.
